RETURN POLICY

For returns, please contact our customer service representatives at info@crclabnyc.com within 7 days or call 212-486-4900,  explain your reason for return, in order to obtain a return authorization#. This is very important since crclabnyc.com will not process any returns without documented return authorization #. Package your return item in a well padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit, and enclose a note with your return authorization # inside your return package. Remember we can only credit you for the items received back in our warehouse. All returns should be addressed to:

Important: Be sure to write your return authorization # on the outside of your package.
Ship the package to us via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are sorry but return shipping fees are not refundable.
We will send you an email when your return is received and processed and you should see a credit to your card within one billing cycle.
Please note: Only products proven to be purchased on crclabnyc.com may be returned for a refund. Returns are not accepted on discounted or promotional items.
Exchanges are not accepted at crclabnyc.com.
If you have questions about returns or damages, please feel free to contact us at info@crclabnyc.com If your order arrives broken / significantly damaged - please send a photo to info@crclabnyc.com with your purchase information and details along with your contact information. It is normal for the shipping carton to show wear, however, if significant damage occurred to the item(s) inside your shipment, please contact us immediately. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
